Questions families ask first
A little clarity before we talk
Do we have to be moving to work with you?
No. We can help simplify a current home, make decisions before a future move, or manage a complete relocation.
Can you help if the timeline is urgent?
Yes. The first call helps us identify what must happen immediately, what can wait, and which specialists need to be engaged.
Will our family have to manage all the vendors?
No. Your Transition Director serves as the central point of coordination and communication throughout the engagement.
Do you operate the moving trucks?
When transportation is needed, we coordinate with appropriately licensed moving providers. Their services and costs are shown separately in your scope.
Where do you work?
Our hands-on work is centered in Dallas, North Dallas, the Park Cities, and select surrounding suburbs. We can also coordinate moves that begin or end in the Dallas area with family members and providers in another city or state. If you are unsure whether your locations fit, start a conversation with us.
Do you only work with older adults?
No. Older adults and their families are at the heart of our work, but we also help individuals and families with complex moves that require more than transportation. That may include downsizing, detailed planning, packing, coordinating providers, move-day oversight, unpacking, and setting up the new home.
How do you handle privacy and discretion?
We understand that our work may involve access to personal belongings, important documents, private family circumstances, and the home itself. We work discreetly, treat what we encounter with respect, and keep project details within the circle of communication identified by the client or family.
How much does it cost?
Every home and transition is different. After the initial conversation and walkthrough, we provide a written scope and estimate before work begins.
